e-Nom THEY ARE WHOLESALERS CHECK THAT YOUR INTERNET HOST DOES NOT USE THEM AS A WHOLESALER BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS! e-Nom steals domains and holds |

In my case it was a bit different than other cases but there are so many forums that I have read various cases that people have TONS of sites hosted by e-nom and then all are suspended for stupid or no reasons and then they are asked to pay e-Nom to get their domain EPP so they can transfer their site to another host. In my case e-Nom has chosen to be pressured by a self-proclaimed NON LEGAL, NON LAW ENFORCEMENT, NO LEGAL AUTHORITY, NON GOVERNMENTAL watchdog group called LegitScript.com and decide when it wants to just shut you down. I was actually a client of one of their re-sellers. I ran a legal internet US based pharmacy (as of today there are NO laws that prohibit the sale of certain non controlled substances via remote consultation-and in fact the FDA's own statement states that IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY ONLINE BUY FROM A US BASED PHARMACY AS THEY HAVE TO GET A LICENSED US DOCTOR TO PRESCRIBE AND A LEGITIMATE PHARMACY WITH REAL MEDICATION TO SEND THE MEDICATIONS). The affiliate I work(ed) for (am still hoping to get my site back up) actually does not ship anything that is illegal to any state where it is prohibited, has required photo i.d's so as to prevent i.d fraud and ODDLY enough the way I found out e-Nom stole my intellectual property, my domain, and shut my site, was that I had recommended friends who buy a certain medication that was headed to be classified as a scheduled substance, would no longer be sold by us DUE TO THIS LEGAL CHANGE, and they told me my site was down. Otherwise I would have NO CLUE that they did this. I have filed a complaint with ICANN, I have written, as e-Nom does NOT accept calls to their so-called legal department-hundreds of mails explaining all the laws they are breaking and that they cannot hold my domain, they can refuse to host my domain and its content but with just a watchdog group to listen to they had no right to steal my INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY I BOUGHT ELSEWHERE (I had originally bought it by a better webhost called registrar.com) THEY STILL REFUSE TO SIMPLY GIVE ME AN EPP CODE AND RELEASE MY DOMAIN. Anyone else with this issue please write and also anyone interested in taking this up as a class action lawsuit PLEASE BY ALL MEANS help us who they are stealing from. The irony is that e-Nom should be shut down as THEY are breaking laws! |
