I placed an order for a netbook with this company that was listed for $99 on 11/30/2010.
When I still hadn't received the item I tried to phone them and got either a busy signal, a recording that all their lines were busy or a recording asking me to leave my phone number. When no one phoned me back I searched their website for an address that I could write to and found no way to contact them on their website except their phone number. I had charged the $116 to my American Express Card. I called Americian Express to find out if the amount had been charged to my account. The $116 had been charged and I had not received the netbook. I started a dispute over the charge and told American Express that I had to go out an buy the item myself because it was a gift and hadn't arrived when I needed it. I told American Express that if it should come I would return it to the sender with proper proof from the post office and with a signature.
It is now 12/12/2010 and I still haven't received the item. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I am fearful that because they have my American Express card information it could be used to steal my card identity. I am angry and frustrated with this company.
