Dydasco Photography, Michael Dydasco Intentionally crappy photos, breach of contract, left his own reflection & reflection of equipment in sloppily ed
23rd of Dec, 2011 by User552460
December 16, 2011, Dydasco Photography hosted "Photoshoot at the Vdara" promising to shoot 20 pictures, and provide 5 retouched images, in excgange for fee during shoot from 3:30-9:30pm. This client arrived and, after Michael Dydasco appeared to have shot less than 20 images of subject/client, then photographer rescheduled part of the shoot citing equipment returns as basis for ending early. "I have to return my lamps, they just called and said they need their lamps back," Michael Dydasco stated. Provided only 8 unedited photos from the shoot to choose from, told client to pick 2-3. Promised Tuesday night delivery and Client received nothing by Thursday morning, despite polite follow up messages from Client which photographer ignored. Photographer also posted the update "nobody fuckin bother me for anything. Thank you. Peace " on Facebook, Wednesday, the date Client messaged photographer to follow up on pictures. Client called photographer on Thursday, who stated he would "resend them right now" when they had not been sent before. Photographer sent two images. Via text message, photographer canceled rescheduling & forced 2 more of the unselected/unwanted images on client, withholding the pose she specifically chose/requested, for an initial total of only 4 "retouched" photos instead of 5. Of the promised 5 retouched photos: Michael Dydasco failed to remove his own reflection (arm & camera still visible), failed to remove photo lamp reflection and other object reflections, failed to remove obvious shadows, failed retouch makeup, badly blurred accessories in a manner that distorts the subject's image in the photo. Michael Dydasco stated "if you dont like my edits, edit it yourself, I don't care" and e-mailed a copyright release. Client contacted attorney, who informed Client that photographer's failings constitute "breach of contract" and attorney requested photographer's address to send demand letter full refund. No business license with the secretary of state under "dydasco photography" or "michael dydasco" could be found, nor with city of las vegas.
