DW Financial Services International Committed Fraud and Defaulted on Loan Burlingame , California

The owner/real estate broker of DW Financial Services International, Ms. Williams, signed documents pretending to be me and took money that was due me. We both participated in a real estate transaction so she could pay me back the money I lent her for her business. She was not able to pay me for almost two years and I gave her numerous extensions. Ms. Williams asked me to help her close a deal and she would pay me a commission so she could pay off the loan. I did my part but she decided to take my part of the commission. She created my company letterhead, wrote down her own terms and signed my name. She did this three times and forwarded it to the title company. Ms. Williams refused to return my portion of the money owed me and said she did nothing wrong. She denied ever saying she was going to pay me that particular amount. I have filed a complaint with the District Attorney's office. I also lent her business partner, Mr. Vargas, money to help him out financially and he defaulted on the loan after I filed the complaint against Ms. Williams. I had given Mr. Vargas 11 extensions because business was very slow. Also, their information on Manta and LinkedIn is fabricated. The name of the owner is actually a client and the company has not been in business for 21 years. Stay away from this company. They are very dishonest, take advantage of people and are corrupt.
