| Memorylanedvd.com has the wide-ranging collections of the American TV series I truly love most specially the unforgettable sitcoms. I placed an order for the Mork and Mindy TV show because I miss it and I’m a fan of Mr Robin Williams. I have nothing to say about the ordering process and shipping time, delivered on time with the help of their courier service which is USPS. I received the boxset within a week. While checking the discs, I would say that the episodes on this DVD set, in general, look good. The quality of the discs does show some age, but it isn't nearly as bad at all. Of course, the audio is presented in the original mono, which isn't all that impressive, but the company really did the job. I just got a minor problem in this set, when I am on the 10th disc; it didn’t play at all while the others do. I freaked out and emailed the company what I encountered in my order. After few minutes, I received a response from one of their customer support reps and said to check the remaining discs if there are still defective ones and ask me to provide the lists and email them my desired shipping address so they can replace it immediately. From the whole 16 discs, that’s the only that’s defective. As instructed, I forwarded them the list and after a week, I received the replacement disc #10 – tested it and it completely played, so happy with the replacement. I’m also glad with the aftermath of dealing with this company!! Surely recommended for everyone who looks for hard-to-find classic TV series. |

I also placed an order for my family show which are Highway to Heaven and Touched by an Angel since I wanna see these shows that gives good values to every viewers and luckily I found it at this website. It was a fast shipping period but when checking the package I receives, I found that I didn’t received both DVD sets. I emailed DVDbooth.com because I’m extremely disaapointed and asked for the locatin of my Touched by an Angel DVD set and informed them I only received the Highway to Heaven DVDs only. They responded and explained me that they have to split the order into 2 shipments for custom reasons. The remaining package arrived at our local post office the fololwing day and they delivered it to me. Now, my collection is complete, I have no more worries. I’m thankful from all the follow our answers from all the emails I’ve sent to this company. The customer support reps are very attentive and always reply in a very proper manner. What I like about the DVD sets I received it’s made of very good quality that really exceeded my expectations! I can't even think of any negative comment about them! Very impressive company. | From all of the online Web shop (particularly DVD shops) I often visited, I’m very proud to say that DVDbooth.com is the most competent shop above them all. When I first inquired about the Little House on the prairie DVD boxset, I received a prompt response from one of their staff very detailed info that’s why I decided to place an order. steadfast shipping service – items arrived in good shape. But when I checked the DVDs, I was shocked because all DVDs didn’t play in my DVD player. Each disc I tested is faulty! I told them through email my problem with the set I received and they replied back so quick asking for some details about the player I’m using which I didn’t know that these discs will not able to play in older DVD players like 5 years older. They suggested trying it in another player which I did. I had a DVD player I purchased last year, and it completely worked there. Moreover I’m very satisfied with the quality of both audio and video, and most importantly the customer service is very impressive. |

| I ordered bonanza and received gunsmoke tv series . I explained the error and requested to return the DVDs to be replaced. DVDbooth replied back asking for an apology for the error on their part. They replaced the DVDs at once and arrived after 3 days! They also didn’t require me anymore to return the wrong DVDs I received which is really great so that I can save some money that may incur in returning the DVDs. These DVDs are made of great quality and I’m very impressed on how they dealt with this issue, very good customer relations, DVDBooth! |
