| I hired this company due to a military relocation we were going thru from Jacksonville, FL to San Diego, CA. In the beginning they seemed great. They called EVERYDAY several times a day until they got our furniture. They advised me that the furniture would be there between 8/19 to 09/07 I told them that we would just move our stuff since we needed it in California by 8/30 for several reasons "Darren" told me that he would talk to the dispatcher to see if we could have it delivered by 8/30 so he came back on the line and said they would have it there by 8/30. So he changed the delivery dates from 8-19 to 09-07 to 8-19 to 8/30. So we were fine with that. So they picked up the furniture 8/17/2011, and took it back to there warehouse in ft lauderdale. So when I agreed to hire them to move my furniture they said they would be in contact with me to let me know the status and let me know where the truck is.. So that never happened and it ended up me having to call them everyday to find out the status of my shipment. So as of today 8/29/2011 my furniture is still sitting in there warehouse they claim it hasnt left yet due to the storm that started a few days ago, However, that doesn't make sense to me since they have had my belongings for over 2 weeks and it should have been in route not sitting in there warehouse. The "manager" Nicole claims the owner is in turkey and there is no one higher I can speak too to get this issue resolved. They claim the dates they give you are not a guarantee but when I spoke to my sales rep Darren he advised that it would be there prior to or on 8/30. No I didn't hear a word guarantee but if a company tells you that is something that are going to do if you are paying over 4500 dollars it should actually happen. Nicole is actually one of the rudest woman i've ever dealt with and should clearly not be in a customer service roll since her communication skills are at the least to be desired.YES I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES UPSET after I have left several messages with no return calls or when I get someone on the phone they have no idea when my belongings are going to be delivered. Nicole told me I will call you back by 4pm eastern time even if I dont have any answers. Well she did not call me back that day but she did call me back the next day to let me know she did not have any answers. To anyone reading this please please please do not use this company. My furniture is still sitting in there warehouse and it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow..Now I have to figure out what to do since I am now stuck between a hard place since they have my furniture and I don't know if I should fly back to Florida from California to pack up a uhual and move it myself or wait until they decide they want to deliver it. I will be posting on as many blog sites regarding moving that I can.. IF I CAN HELP ONE PERSON NOT HAVE TO GO THRU THIS I WILL BE HAPPY>>>>>> JUST IN CASE I HAVEN'T MADE IT CLEAR..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU WANT BROKEN PROMISES AND ATTITUDES and NO IDEA WHEN YOUR STUFF WILL BE DELIVERED SINCE THEY DATES THEY GIVE YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED. |
