I bought a dress form dressale.com an internet company in Hong Kong.They immediately charged my credit card 140.00 dollars. I shortly received an e-mail from their representative wanting information on dress size, and specific dress measurements, and time line for delivery. The representative for the company told me at the time that they were having problems delivering the dresses and could they mail it to me by April 5th,2011. I told them that no I needed it by March 14,2011 at the latest. The representative for dressale.com said they were going ahead and proceeding to make the dress. I thought all was set and all arrangements were made which fell within the time lines as specified on thier website. I was surprised to receive an email ,on March 6,2011, from dressale.com ,eight days before my event asking if they could deliver by April 5th again.I told them no and that specific details were already discussed. I immediately asked for a refund of my money since they could not fulfill their side of the agreement.The representative stated that they would have to take 60 dollars for fabric costs and the "burden I placed on them". I wrote another e-mail to customer support today 3-7-2011 explaining my situation and for my refund. I am waiting for a reply.I have a feeling that this company is a total scam but I will see!
