Well we paid for a prom dress almost 200 bucks an still no dress an at first they had a telephone number to get in contact with them an now it all of a sudden its gone when we went back on to call again the dress was suppose to be here April 15,2011 an now its the 25th of april an still no dress they took my money an my daughter was left with out a prom dress for prom i want my money back plus extra for wasting my time with this company i trusted them an this is the thanks i get i will not order any thing from this company an advise no one else too there so unperffesional Thank U Pissed Off |

I ordered my daughter's prom dress 4/15/11. The website said 18-20 processing days, 3-7 shipping days. I was assured via email that the dress would be here by May 19th. I have emailed several times and on line chatted with their customer service. As of yesterday, I was told by "Jessica" the dress would arrive by May 19th and not to have any worries. Well, TODAY, I was told by "Tasha", there was a flaw with the dress, it was destroyed because the quality wasn't up to par. HOW THE HE** did this happen. They took my money the day I ordered the dress and now 1 month and 3 days later I am being told NO DRESS. How do I tell my daughter this???? Her one and only prom and this has happened. I asked to speak to a manager, "Tasha" said there's only one manager and that person is not there. I asked for a phone # yesterday from Jessica and was told the phone need repaired. I asked for a number to call once the phone was repaired and she never responded. I have contact the Better Business Bureau about this. This place NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. Can't someone see all the complaints this company has and shut it down. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LIARS. They knew da*& well I was not going to get this dress and they tell me 2 days before the dress is to arrive. I AM FED UP AND HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR MY MONEY and most of all time. I could have got the dress from somewhere else. |

Friday, June 3, 2011 -- I recently purchased two dresses and everything seemed legit, they even emailed a confirmation and called to go over the order again. I also received the dresses within 2 weeks, however, they were sewn irregular. The dresses were made by some amature seamstress. I couldn't get the sleeves over my elbow, the zipper was croocked, and the cuts were all wrong, not suitable for any normal body. I responded to the only way I could which was with the original email confirmation I received and I requested an address and phone number for the return and the response has been "send us photos, let us see what the mistake is". Needless to say, they ignore my request for their contact information for the return.
I only wish I would've searched them before placing my order, and came accross this complaint site while searching for their local information. I agree that something has to be done about this place. I will try! |

I purchased clothes for my familly in iran 3 clothes and they all came different and irregular and they wont refund my money they tell me they will email me they never do it i send the the pictures they tell me its seems fine dont worry thats what they told me i was very angryy they took my money i will never purchase againn from the site and the quality its not even good at all they tell me nobody complained i see here that this site commented and complained they should look at it before telling lie to me |
