Dorschel Kia Service Manager refused to fix my car rochester, New York

My room mate and myself called Dorschel Kia of Rochester, NY. We have had extensive conversations with the Service Manager, Mr Brianzi. Finally after a few days we finally brought my 2003 Kia Spectra into his shop to get a visual inspection for a new transmission. During our conversation with the Manager, he said that after talking to us in his office about the past experiences we had (the BBB was notified due to past manager that was let go). My room mate and I were notified by Mr. Brianzi that he doesn't want to work on my car, saying the cost out weighs the value of the car. This is the only car I have so getting to and from work out weighs his thoughts. He was trying to get us to go to another dealer to get a "new" car. ( i have bad credit) and he was told that this wasn't an option, and then he did the visual, saying i needed bearings, and a lot of other things that he "saw" with his best mechanic. He said he refuses to touch my car, this whole time it cost me 5 hours of work for nothing. I then went to another shop and they said hmm, we will fix it for 100 dollars more than what they quoted and guarantee the labor and kia WILL guarantee the tranny. I will never ever go there ever again, the service manager and his mechanics are the worse in customer service satisfaction. When we asked to talk to his boss, miraculously he was no where around.
