I am a victim of scam from a scam artist in Sweden named Doris Haapalainen Carine Anna. In late February when my bird passed away, I went searching for birds I could buy off the internet and found Carine Anna (name she went with), who said she was a well known breeder in Stockholm Sweden. After exchanging a few emails ([email protected]) I inquired about her pair of Congo African Greys which was priced at 725 euros. She also stated that she used a company called airpet relocate to ship her birds around the world, and has been doing that for the past 15 years. She even sent us pictures of the birds. After many convincing emails, we decided to send her the 725 euros via her Swedbank account. I have the bank account details as valid. From this, I was sent a very legit CITES export/import statement with her full address that was used: John Ericssonsgatan 18, 112 22 Stockholm, Sweden. I also have that document as valid. After more email exchanges, she sent us an itinerary for the birds to be shipped to Toronto, Canada, where I live. Then I got an email from Airpet relocate stating I had to pay a refundable 1200 euros for insurance of the birds, which I foolishly did to her same Swedbank account. Then I got the full itinerary (Sweden to Copenhagen to Kansas City to Toronto, Canada). I then got an email from the Copenhagen Animal Care Center wanting an additional 900 euros for vaccines so that the birds could continue their flight to Toronto, because apparently the birds were being held up at the airport. Except this time it was an email from a different person at the center wanting the money transferred to Cameroon via paypal. Then I realized I was dealing with a scam artist and did not pay any more money. Carine Anna also agreed to take a train trip to Copenhagen to try and resolve the issue, only she also came back and said that we had to pay or else the birds would be stuck there. I have sent airpet relocate an email and was told that Carine Anna was not registered with them (they only have offices in the UK) and that it was a scam. I also emailed her numerous times asking for refunds, but she also replied back. Now another one of her victims emailed me and said that she changed her email address to [email protected]. Throughout our email exchanges together, Carine Anna was very convincing and sounded legit. Except as the process went on, everything she started to say didn't make sense anymore. For example, when I refused to pay her the vaccine fee, she started having live chats with me on gmail, there were numerous times where she said she was going to the airpet agency (which she said was a 45 minutes away) only to return back in 10 minutes and demand money and other false info. If anyone has been or is in contact with her please contact me. Please try to help me bring her down as she is making a living off other people's money and is scamming others. email: [email protected]

COMPLAIN ABOUT DORIS HAAPALAINEN THE THIEF!! (bird shop in Sweden)
We are a breeding farm and we researched on the Internet and we found a website called www.dhbirdfarm.webnode.com and the email is [email protected] and the owner is called Doris HAAPALAINEN. We contacted her and we ordered a big order of macaws and cocatoos. We decided about the payment 40% upfront (€4300)and we transfer to her bank to bank transfer the 40% and she said prepare all the legal documents after we sent her the money she disappeared and she became a thief. She lied to us and took the money and disappeared. so I don't advise anyone to work with her because they will lose their money for nothing. We will not leave our money and we will get her! |
