Inspector Angelo De Lorenzi is a mobster wannabe corrupt leader of Dirty District 4. A steroid abusing, pill popping con artist with a badge who is involved in numerous scams and frauds in York Region. He is a close personal friend of numerous criminals including this swine Doreen Tennina and has fought hard and valiantly for his criminal friend in preventing the release of the criminal's picture. Too bad the Star got it.
