| Don McClain, CPR Commercial, LLC is a total fraudulent company who has scams people out of upfront fees on private equity financing requests, excessive charges on audits, charges new brokers coming on board with CPR Commerical a $495.00 sign up fee and charges fees for "leads" that have no value. Don is currently running advertisements all over the country trying to recruit naive people he can scam. CPR Commercial has never closed a financing deal and uses the cover and the statement that he has relationships with legitmate private investors. My recommedation is to disregard anything Don McClain says and if approached do not take anything he says as the truth as he will take you for a ride and when he gets what he wants or you get to close to what he is doing you will not hear from him again. He was residing in Austin, TX but recently moved to Magnolia, TX as I am sure the heat was catching up with him. All the best, A experienced/educated commercial real estate broker |

| Another one from This CON-ARTIST, DON Mclean and his Crooked Buisiness CPR Commercial, he needs to be jailed ASAP, took from client $7, 500.00 then disapeared, he does not answer phone, or e-mails. I know he took $12, 500.00 from another person this past week. |

Don McClain scammed me too. But sadly he is still out there and finding new investors to send him money but has not closed one deal in the last two years. He's now hired a firm to try to clean up his name on the Internet. Guess that's cheaper than paying everyone back.
He's got the law looking for him now, he was evicted from his home, so he's moved again and has cut off all contact with his family...and his wife even left him. I'm glad she finally saw him for what he was. The walls are closing in on him now.

| Same thing happened to people I was working with. Promises of a loan, thousands of dollars paid, then came the excuses, then wham - gone! Don is a smart, smooth talking guy, sadly he's a liar with no moral compass. |

Don McClain from Austin, Volente, Magnolia, Tomball is a Socio Path. He is worse than a serial killer becasue he leaves his victims alive to suffer long after he has caused them financail ruin.
He stole $30, 000 from a single mom in Volente Texas who tried to help him.
He stole a crippled man, in a wheel chair, life savings. Over $200, 000. He writes hot checks. He has no concious. If you meet Don McClain in Houston, Magnolia, Tomball, Austin or surrounding areas don't walk, run away as fast as you can. He leaves a wake of destruction everywhere he goes.
He is the worse thief I have ever seen. I cannot believe he is not in jail or someone has not hurt him yet. |

He currently is in Bk court in the Southern District of Texas in Judge Paul's court. I believe the case # is 13-03114.
He is being sued for ripping people off for $50k. |
