domainhostlowprice.com Senthil Thavamani Created fake email address using my name. Put his name with my address and phone in internic whois. Internet |

I went to the website of domainhostlowprice.com as it looked very professional, states it registers via Melbourne IT Ltd, which is what Yahoo registration uses, no problem, but when I purchased hosting I purchased PRIVATE DOMAIN REGISTRATION in order to avoid scammers and telemarketers which is the internic whois to gain company info to run their scams. What I got instead when viewing to domain name in internic whois was Senthil Thavamani as the registrant and NOT ME. He has no right to put his name with my home address and phone. He also put a fake email address using my name which he has access to and not me. After reading the PDF about Melbourne IT Ltd. it is assumed that Senthil is part of the company. Plus Yahoo uses Melbourne to register domains. On the internic whois it does show Yahoo's reroute info. Nothing against Yahoo, this complaint is not against Yahoo, it is against domainhostlowprice and Senthil Thavamani who needs to purchase Rosetta Stone and learn better translation when a customer complains that they purchased private registration and to remove their personal info from internic whois. When I complained I got an email of "still working on your product." Really? The product of the non-existing control panel wasn't my complaint, even though that was fishy too. I'm not married to nor do I know Senthil and he has no right to list his name with my address and phone, and open a Yahoo email with my name that I don't have access too. Warning to consumers. If you get spam scam mail from and especially if it links to adult contents, don't bother to open it, it could have virus, it could be bootleg fake versions, and it wasn't sent by me nor did I participate in it, it was sent by Senthil and who knows what Senthil could be doing with that email address. I've tried contacting domainhostlowprice.com and yahoo and even Melbourne IT Ltd in Australia about the matter, and even complained at the internic whois about it, but with the thousands of complaints out there who knows when anyone would take the matter seriously enough and therefore my best option is go public to the public and see if any of these sites attempt to fix the problem, and if they don't care about the difference between right and wrong or care less, maybe they will care about their own reputation to act responcibly in the public eye. I'm hoping that this will make a difference for the better good and even if it does not get resolved, at least... consumers beware and foretold. |
