DMC Hotels Continues their Stealing and Lying ways

Non-Payment to vendors and employees

This report suppliments what many, many people here have already known, and that DMC Hotels, under Jagmohan Dhillon, his brother, Bobby, and Scott Nadel have continued their theiving ways. They made some deals to acquire 2 properties in Jonesboro, Arkansas, A Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. I was employed there before and after their takeover, and can say, from firsthand knowledge, that this is the worst bunch of dirty, theiving dogs you could ever come across. In the old days, they would have been tarred and feathered and run out of town for their actions.. It would seem the Jagmohan is very good at finding investors to acquire properties that they turn over to him to manage. The first week, many employees' paychecks bounced. This has continued, either your check doesn't show up or is late. Vendors are routinely not paid, and call you constantly looking for payment. The office staff in Frisco, TX never answer the phone. They owe many vendors here many thousands of dollars for TVs, Construction work, even day to day expenses like soap and shampoo. No one here in town will work them, and for good reason. In addition to this, it gets worse. I know firsthand that Jag and 2 of his investors repeatedly sexually harrassed an ASU student staying there. She was too afraid to make a legal complaint. Jag continues to sexually harass other women there. Scott Nadel routinely shows up high as a kite on some type of drugs, and he was kicked out of a local restaurant for being a drunken slob and running his hands all over a GM who was in their company. Jag also told a potential investor, that he should buy the property, and that they would pay the bills for 6 months, then stop paying, and then at some point they would start a fire on the roof, and collect the insurance money. How do I know this? The investor, and the previous GM, who also heard the conversation, told me themselves. Run a far away from these conniving, theiving scoundrels as you can. I'm glad a lot of us have taken other jobs elsewhere. If you have been a victim of these scumbags, I hope you'll post here, too.

Can you provide names of the people who knew the plan to set hotel on fire. The kind of scoundrels these are, every body knows they are capable of such crimes. Go a step further and put these scums behind bars for good.
