Dixie Simon surrounds herself with only those she can control. She promotes fear as a method of "motivating" all while lying to propsective agents in her attempt to recruit every resident in the state. She lies about the income, she lies about the renewals. She has her management team condoning breaking their word as not to get on her bad side. Dixie is well known for being a power crazed fraud. Unfortunately, she will tear up and get alljeezuslike, which is disgusting to any real Christains out there. Dont be taken in by her or the lies she spreads about how you can be your own boss etc. Just ask any of the kazillion people she goes through. There is a REAL problem when you cant keep anyone working for you, and those that do, live in paralyzing fear or are family! She has left a huge trail of failed careers across the NorthWest. She is unapproachable and ruins many lives! Her fraudulent practices will catch up with her. Don't be taken in. It is a fact that many State offices know that she is horrible at self evaluation. She is incapable! Aflac will catch her one day.
At some point Dixie..You should ask yourself if its you that has a problem.
Or is it simply everyone else?
There is more drama and hidden agendas that surround her than most people who want to be "independent" would ever care to be around. |

| wow! I have witnessed many too afraid to tell her the truth. her dsc/rsc's live a life that is anything but ethical..just .to avoid her wrath How long were you with aflac?. |

I did not author the initial complaint. I do have reason to believe that I know who did. They called me to inform me that they wrote the initial letter here as an attempt to convey their disapproval of how Dixie does her job and specifically on how she handled me. I do not agree with or condone their comments about Dixie or Aflac! While I don't agree with all of her methods..I find it unreliable to use such negative terms to describe her. I am no longer with Aflac and have no axe to grind. I think that Dixie tries very hard to help new associates be successful. I believe she has a good heart and is a very good person. I was happy to work for and with her and I do not agree that she deserves to be spoken so poorly of here. It is most unusual for me to go public and on the record to try to set things straight. Dixie Simon is a good woman with a good heart. There are many things she might be able to improve as an SSC but I believe her intentions are good and it would shock me if she ever committed or promoted committing an illegal or fraudulent act. I believe it is an unfair low blow to state that she does. She is controlling, but that is hardly a crime. I admire Dixie and all that she has accomplished. I was proud to have worked for her and for Aflac. The insurance business is not for everyone and it is hardly Dixie Simon's fault that most who start in this business will fail. If you listen to her...and do what she (and the state trainer)tells you... you have a good chance to make a good living working for a great company!
