The disk loaded and said this disk will only play on a 3D blu ray , and 3D TV set up. Great now I have to explain to my crying boys that we cant watch the movie in 3D because we don't have a ridiculously expensive 3D tv and 3D blu ray combo. Are you kidding me!!!! I called Disney and the girl actually laughed at me and said there is an insert in the package explaining that it only works with that set up. Inside the package, oh thats great once you buy it. I told her that it would be nice to have that on the outside so people know it only works with that type of TV. She laughed and said she would pass that comment along.

Now I am really not a complainer, I think I have called in to a company twice in my life to complain, but this seems a little sneaky to me. I am so disappointed that Disney and Buena Vista don't care that they are not disclosing what is needed to watch this movie on the OUTSIDE of their package. So no 3D movie for my boys tonight, don't worry playing at the park followed by ice cream will put a smile on their faces.
