I ordered Dish Network from a advertisiment in myu local paper. I told them what I wanted and then they asked for my credit card and I gave it to them. I told them over and over I only wanted the deal for $24.99 with tax that came to 26.72. Then the next day a man named Oscar Garcia (sub) came by and installed the equipment. Everything was fine till I got to emails that night and they were contracts for the service. I was very suprised as I had not signed any of the contracts that were presented to me. So the next day I called the Exective Resolutions Department and talked to a man named John Watkings at phone number 1-720-514-8555 extension 71046. When I started to tell him that the contract was a forgery and I asked who signed my name. He said don't get upset that does not make any difference we will just have someone come by and you can sign the contract. I told him I would not let anyone from Dish into my house because some one is a lier and a furger. I told him to send me the contracts and I would look them over and then I said there were parts of the contract that I did not agree to and I thought the best thing for me to do was call the police and have them investigate this matter. I was told by John that I did not need to do that that he and I could work things out. Let me state this at this point anything I told them I did not like this man called John would put me on hold and had to ask someone else could he do this or that. This went on for over one hour. I told him to come and pick up the equipment and he told me that there would be a charge for this again I told him I did not have a contract with them so it is your equipment not mine. I also told him and sent a email to him telling him that after 24hours that I was going to charge Dish Network $50.00 a day till the equipment was picked up. I asked many times who signed my name to this contract he said he did not know. Never once did he admit that this was not my signature. Never said he was sorry that someone signed my name. Made it sound like I signed the contract and just wanted out of the contract. He made the suggestion that if I would send him a copy of my drivers license and they compared it will the contract then they would cancell the contract and pick up the equipment. When I finsihed talking to this man, I call my local police department and they are now working on the case. I feel like it was the installer on the man he reported too that signed the contract. I want dish to admitt that it is a forged document and give my money back and come and take their equipment out of my house and put everything back like it was before the equipment was installed. I don't trust them in any way shape of form. That is why I want the police to tell me that it is not my signature and file charges on who every signed my name to the contract. After reading all the things about Dish Network, I feel lucky that I did not sign the contract. Because I have them over a barrel. I wish that the government would do something about Dish and Other people like this and this includes the Cable industry. They all try to use a bait and switch Sales pitches, Advertise a low price then give you a contract that says if you don't cancell we will charge you more money. The even have it fixed if you switch to a chanell that you don't subscribe too and stay on that site for 30 seconds you now have a new amount to pay. |
