Dish Network BAIT AND SWITCH Advertises 24.99 per month for 1st year, then after 4 months swithes to $30 Palatine, Illinois

Dish Network company rips subscribers off, Infinity Dish.com 8774948908 promised a $25 visa gift card with sign up for Dish Network, it never came, several calls to the company lead them to giving you another person to call, and no resolution. The Dish Network customer service was advised that the price on the contract and in the ad was $24.99 per month for 12 months. Before the 5th month the price was pushed up to $30 per month. Calls and emails to Dish Network have not resolved the issue, they said they can raise prices at anytime. Bait and switch is illegal. I still have their ad that says, $24.99 and they are still advertising that $24.99 per month price, and it states the price is valid for 12 months, their "everday price guarantee through January 2013". The next step will be to report the matter to the Attorney General and the other authorities.

Infinity Sales Group charged my debit card before I even wanted to be a confirmed customer. I was sent to a 4 minute long message and told by their sales staff that "this is a good time to go to the bathroom if you need too". Then I decided to not use infinity and just hung up. After wards I relized they charged my debit card. Then was told that at the beginning of the 4 minute message it says "If you hang up during the message, you are confirming that you are a agreeing to terms etc..." Crazy!!! I never heard that! The man clearly told me to go to the bathroom and not listen to the message! So everyone that hangs up get charged, and the only reason they had my debit card information, is for credit check. Never give anyone your debit information early!!! What rip offs!!! They charged my card three times. And I will not get that money back for 3 to 5 days. Rip offs!!! That company may have some good people in it, but they are not 100% honest in their dealings!
