good day, i am at the end of my rope will this company, i ordered a maxiscan m5509 obd scanner code reader with live data the sku# on invoice is a1921000ca i have never had this problem with any other co. to this extent so i am not sure how to do this, bare with me i order item, received item, that did not work right would not save live data because internal battery hook up was defective, so i went online to dinodirect to get return info. and here starts the runaround they require a RMA(return merchandise authorization) code before you can print their return label after around 3 weeks of emailing trying to get this RMA before 30 day return thingy ran out they oked my return, i was aloud to print there return label at that i was then informed that i had to send it back registered mail +shipping so i did, then i was required to upload registered mail receipt on web sight, now the next runaround i tried every thing i knew to do so including live chat with sharron at dinodirect ( have transcript of discussion ) now they will not sign for it, postal service has attempted to deliver two times with no luck first attempted delivery on June 29 2011 at 2:53 PM. next attempted delivery was June 30 2011 at 8:15 am i tried to contact them to see what the problem was and now starts the next runaround now i am getting no response from them at all i think they jest try to wear you out with all of this, knowing that most people would jest give up and there are many out there that would but i work hard for my money and i will go to any means to get what i am owed i think that sight's like this one should be sued out of business if there is any thing i can do to help protect others from this company i would be glad help thank you for any help you can give or advice on what i should do now thanks again billie |
