Dino's Appliance Factory Service Be Aware Doing Business with Dino's Phoenix, Arizona
19th of Apr, 2013 by User169862
Dino's Appliance name was given to us by Whirlpool to fix my ice maker. After failing to fix the ice maker and speaking to the owner, Dino, it is evident that he has too much business. Talking with him you will quickly hear how many repairs he does every day and that he knows more about your problem that you do. He blamed the problem on my one year old RO system which he has never seen nor did he know had the one year cleaning at the same time he was to fix the ice maker. I do believe this is another case where the doctor knows more about the problem than the patient and cannot seem to get past himself to listen to the customer. I would not recommend doing business with Dino's until there is an attitude adjustment. There are many other professional appliance companies who will listen and diagnose the problem correctly the first time and not waste your time.
