| Company advertising genuine g-star and diesel jeans and clothing. Website uses genuine photos and descriptions from real companies websites. Claims to be European company but is based in China. Products received were wrong size, style, colour and very fake. These are a true poor imitation of the real item. Not disclosing address to return goods and not admitting to counterfeiting. Very, very poor product an extremely misleading website and company. These are very poor quality and fake clothing items. A scam and will not refund your money. |

I ordered G Star jeans from www.dieseloutlett.biz aka www.dieseloutlett.org and received very poor counterfeit jeans that have no relationship to G Star jeans. jenny.salemanager8.hotmail is playing the exact games that the other victims described in previous reports. My recommendation is to immediately go through your bank or credit card company to have the charges reversed. Simply explain that the charge is illegitimate because you did not receive the item you ordered and were charged anyway. I recommend informing your bank or credit card company that this company is fraudulent. With enough complaint, it is possible that charges from the company could be blocked. (I'm still working with my bank on this.)
You can write to jenny.salemanager8.hotmail.com over and over again and you will be amazed at how persistent this company can be. You will be offered 10%, 20%, then 30% discount for their error of shipping the wrong clothing item. If you are sufficiently persistent, you will be rewarded with remarks like "what's in your head? I really no idea.". It is mildly amusing in a pathetic sort of way, and perhaps adds to the cost of this company's business.
You may also search on the name of the company that made the charge against your account. In my case, I found a company who is working to shut down this organization. I sent photos of what was sent to me to aid in their efforts. |

I bought 5 pairs of diesel jeans from a site advertising as a Diesel store. www.dieseljeansale.net .They sent me 3 fake diesels and 2 fake faithless. We have been going back and forth with emails since November and they re telling me about their expenses to mail me the wrong order and that they will give me VIP status and 20% money back... They have stolen my money and to be honest in my hock and horror they are entertained by ll this!!!
Please advise me on here to report them. Is there no online shopping protection? Is there no one making sure that anyone can trade selling fake products??? So Internet buying is not safe because there is no Internet shopping security/controls/checking/no one to even report ths too???????????
I feel very unhappy about this and will think twice before I shop on the Internet again :( can any one help me?) |
