It all started when I felt like I needed to get my closet doors taken off, and add some beads to make it more fun, and light. I saw didyousay.com and liked the idea of bamboo curtains, and the design as well. This was my first and LAST time ordering from an online only small business. I placed my order of 50 dollars, with tax it ended up being 66 dollars.I checked the shipping information, and it said it would come all within a week. I got an E-mail, not seeing the tracking number, but with my billing information. A week went by, but the Fedex truck did not come. I waited for a few days, nothing again. I tried to call but all it said was unfortunately no one is available to take your call, check out our website, or contact us. I emailed but no one answered. It got to a point where I was sending them my billing information and flat out complaining like I was 4. When it got to 2 weeks I started calling them every 2 hours 10-6 5 days a week. Then I left them a flat out angry email, asking them if this is one way they wish to rip people off, and telling them that I will report them to the credit card company. They replied to my other email that same day I believe, I'm not sure whether it was before or after I sent them the breakdown. They said they will send me another email with a tracking number. I still haven't gotten it. If I knew that they were going to respond so fast, I would've asked for a discount or a refund, like the other customers. Overall I do not recommend buying from them unless they have address these problems and have turned around like a Dominoes sort of thing. |

Im going through the same run around with this company. I will have to report this . It has been almost a month and no beaded doorway, only a withdraw from my bank account. Don, t order from them! |
