| I'll just paste the email string so you can see for yourselves. Russell, I'm not sure what the issue is at this point. You're paid in full for over 6 weeks now. (Which is now more than 3 months at the time of this posting). It could be really simple or very complex from here. Get my stain done within the next week because if I come back from my business trip and it's not done, not only will I post my complaint to every website that you are affiliated with, tell everyone that I know about my experience (there are 316 licensed TX real estate agents in my rolodex), then I'll file a formal complaint with the BBB, and after that I'll bury you in due process paper work and take you to small claims court where currently the average advertised price to stain 50 linear feet of fence in Dallas is $245. I'm not sure why at this point you would consider any further delay acceptable to any customer. We've done nothing but provide support for your business and you are obviously not interested in pursuing any additional business with us but you will finish the current business. If that doesn't satisfy you can send me a check for $1125.00. Otherwise I expect the work to be done cleanly, professionally, and immediately. It's very unfortunate that our acquaintenance didn't find a better outcome but this is unnacceptable professional behavior and I've exercised more tolerance than I should have over the issue considering the amount of time passed. |

Russell Johnson is a thief. I paid him thousands of dollars to build my fence and after two months he will not build it and refuses to give me my money back. I've called him day after day and he always gives me an excuse. He lies constantly. He has told me he will start tomorrow, and the day after, and again the next day. he has told me he's on his way. He has told me he lost a crew. He has told me the delay is because of the heat. He has told me his brother had an accident. he has told me he sent his crew to my house and had no idea where they were. For the last two months, I have heard it all from Russell, the crook, Johnson.
NEVER USE DFW budget fence and patio unless you want o lose your money. |

| I had the same experience and accepted $2, 000.00 from me and never saw any work performed...I have contacted and filed a theft report..I strongly urge other to follow suit... |
