These people have constantly phone harrassed me , They called this morning after I had worked 13hours, to tell me I was in a law suit ? They used Cash Advance I haven't gotten a payday loan in 12yrs,and that was paid off . they were threating etc.. This loan was taken out in 2010,I did not period . Why are these people allowed to do this ? If I was to threaten or harasse someone on the phone ,I'd go to jail . Plus who has a arbic voice and a name like adam smith how lame .

i have been cotacted by an "adam smith" very deep arabic Accent. threating to have the supreme court of california come up to "impound me in fargo north dakota? i did not take out a payday loan with this "advance cash loan company they are threating me with jail time, they are constantly calling my work, and threating my co-workers. does anybody on this site know where i can go get help to stop this?

I am having the same problem now. This man has been leaving recorded messages, telling me I am in "grave trouble, "He has called three times in the last hour.
I have gotten calls from him before, so I know what to expect when I answer his call.
About a month ago a man with a different name but the same voice, called. threatened to call my job and let them know what I have been " up to.' I had to laugh because it sounded like a prank call. Well, that just made him angry and he started using profanity. Just a stream of dirty words that don t even go together.
I told him this call was being recorded and he hung up on me.
As I am typing this comment he just called again. I told him I wanted to give him the name of my attorny. He hung up on me again
If he calls again I think I will just start barking at him. LOL.
