Department of Financial Investigation Officier Brown Tried to collect money from my husband for what he claimed to be fraud against a ladies Wachovia

My husband was contacted at his job by someone claiming to be a investigator in New York City working for the Department of Financial Investigations by the name of Officier Kevin Brown. He than started calling my home and telling us we had scamed a lady out of $480 and that once this account went to court we would have to pay $1480. We where told that we would be arrested, that they would come to our home it was awful. Once we finally was ableto get them to send us via email information this took about two week after the harrasement started it was all bogus. We received paper I still have them that stated he was with the Judicial Circuit of United States of America and the areas of practice were: Civil Rights, Banking and Finance, Debtor-Creditor. The paper also besides saying we had frauded this lady out of funds in her Wachovia acct. but had gotten a loan from Cash Net. We had a file name and they even put an american seal on the Settlement Iniation Letter that they emailed us, but the words that are to appear around the American Eagle had been darked out and it was not officail at all. They even got so slick as to start calling using a local phone number so I would make the mistake of answering the phone. If you by chance see these numbers please realize this is a scam. (347) 269-1938 or my local number they used was (804) 993-3056. I reported them to the FBI and they verified this was a scam and to contact my local police department and let them know about this situation. Please tell your elder family members abour this scam, they can be scary when they call. But funny the guy had an very heavy India type accent. And if you look up the address I have given you it will show you an sandwhich shop and building that helps the physically challenged in New York City. It is not an official building at all.
