| Just wanting to report to your website for everyone to see that the contact lens website www.demonsfx.com is a total ripoff/scam. They have a very professional website and they have what appears to be great deals on pairs of contact lenses. They claim that they have live chat/online representatives available 16 hours of the day but there is no online chat rep on that website anywhere. They are located in the UK and I purchased skype credit just to call them and its a generic answer machine and I have called 4 times with absolutely no answer. I left 3 messages with absolutely no response. I left them my house phone number, cell phone number, skype, email address, aol instant messenger, msn messenger, ICQ etc... I have left them tons of ways to contact me and they haven't. Ironically, when I first bought the contacts, I had a bit of trouble with the payment website and I emailed them about the issue. Needless to say I had an email back hours later with help to make sure they got their payment. So, they responded VERY promptly to get their money but once they got it, they won't respond to ANYTHING. They claim to give them 21 days for shipping but it seems like that is just to make sure that you are outside the timeframe to dispute the charge if you have a problem. It's been well over 30 days and I have received nothing. I'm pretty sure they know that theres nothing that my bank will do about it. I made the purchase with a debit card through my bank and my bank will not even assist me in disputing the charge unless they chaged my card without my permission. They will NOT assist me with any disputes that have to do with not receiving merchandise or the correct merchandise or anything like that. So... Basically, these guys know what they are doing because the only option I have is to call the police and we all know what the police will do considering its in the UK. They won't do jack. Just wanted to caution everyone from EVER buying a single thing from www.demonsfx.com or anyone or anything that is even the slightest bit tied in with their website. Do not be fooled by the fact that the website looks professional and their false claims. |

| Ugh, I regret ordering them now too! I have been waiting for a while and I contacted them as well with no response back from them. Is there really nothing we can do? |

| I ordered a pair last week! I received an email saying my order was being processed (not yet shipped) yet the money had come out of my account immediately! I emailed them about this and after reading all this here...I know I won't be hearing back. This SUCKS. |

| I had no complaints at all. I ordered on the 28th of september hoping to have by the NJ Zombie walk. The zombie walk was today and they just happened to show up today. Legit website. Sorry bout the others that had problems |
