Unprofessional Online Behavior Every day there is a new 'blog' written and posted by Dee Gerrish on Blogspot.com and now on Twitter that links her to Blogspot.com. This woman is supposed to be a 'reputable' dog breeder in Cleveland, NC but the contents of her blogs tell a much different story.
This woman simply cannot refrain from her constant rants and attacks on anyone and everyone that crosses her. She has even verbally and maliciously attacked President Obama! Is no one safe? Dee Gerrish uses some of Charlie Sheen's outrageous statements and comments and has even stated that Charlie is her "man". Mrs. Gerrish wrote quite a long blog about Charlie Sheen on several websites and supports him 100 %. This was prior to Mr. Sheen's boss taking Charlie back after Mr. Sheen publicly attacked him in the media.
Perhaps Mrs. Gerrish and Charlie Sheen suffer from the same personality disorder. It seems so. I read in a complaint on Blogspot.com posted by Mrs. Gerrish that she was outraged about some Google Earth images posted here on Ripoff Report. Well, I looked at the images myself, I also looked up her address on Google Earth and it clearly shows her
address on top of the images. I seriously doubt that someone made a mistake and put her address on a different location. I suppose it is possible but not likely.
I am not quite sure why Mrs. Gerrish has an issue with these images of her property. She is a dog breeder, she lives in Cleveland, NC., she sells dogs and puppies via the Internet, her dogs are 'housed' outside and her and her husband live in a single-wide mobile home on a piece of property. Mrs. Gerrish has already admitted this in one of her many blogs so why is she upset?
She made a statement on Blogspot.com that her property has large Crepe Myrtle trees in the front. What she doesn't seem to understand is the fact that Google Earth is not updated every day, every week or even every month. Just because her trees aren't shown in full bloom doesn't mean they aren't in the images. Perhaps she should research how Google Earth works.
Mrs. Gerrish also claimed that there are more than one Diane and Mike Gerrish in Cleveland, NC. There is not.
I don't understand why this woman is in complete denial about her property, her breeding activity, the breeds of dogs she has on her property and how many of these various breeds she is mating to 'create' some new 'hybrid' dog.
I read that she is going to breed her German Short-Haired Pointer with a Doodle. Why in God's name would anyone do this? This only shows that this woman not only doesn't know what she is doing, she appears to be irresponsible, immoral, unethical and shameless. Greed is obviously her motive.
I remember reading a comment someone posted online about Mrs. Gerrish's breeding practices. They compared her to Joseph Mengele, the "angel of death". Mrs. Gerrish appears to come across as a person who refuses to accept the fact that the complaints filed against her were not fabricated as she believes. I read where she claimed she never sold a puppy to the people who publicly posted complaints about her. These people posted their real names. Why would anyone post their name along with a complaint if it weren't true? I think the reason is clear why Mrs. Gerrish tries very hard to dispute these claims. She doesn't want her (already ruined) reputation to get any worse if that is possible. If anyone took the time (which would be a LOT) to read all of Mrs. Gerrish's blogs on Blogspot.com, read her articles which can be found just about everywhere, you would notice that she repeats herself quite often in the same paragraph. She may consider this "reiterating" but I consider it to be redundant and completely unnecessary.
In many of her blogs Mrs. Gerrish will admit to saying or doing something and in another blog she will deny it. It isn't clear if Mrs. Gerrish simply doesn't know how to compose a blog properly or she has some kind of personality disorder. Maybe both. Also very noticeable in her blogs is that she continues to post very nasty, very hateful, very mean and vial comments about one particular person. Mrs. Gerrish has to realize that everything she posts online is cached and never goes away. Mrs. Gerrish also should realize that if the person she is posting about is offended, that person could sue her for slander and defamation of character. Anyone that is slandered and defamed this way can sue.
Mrs. Gerrish could stand to lose everything she owns including her business and assets. Mrs. Gerrish has complained repeatedly in her blogs that her images have been copied by the individual she slanders. What is not clear is why Mrs. Gerrish copied her victim's images, manipulated them and posted them online.
If Mrs. Gerrish doesn't like her own photos copied and re-posted (allegedly), why does she go on Facebook, copy photos of people that she claims she doesn't know and post them in a derogatory manner? I say what's good for the goose is good for the gander. For Dee Gerrish to copy images of people from Facebook and other sites, manipulate them in a vial and disgusting manner is extremely inappropriate. Those photos do not belong to Dee Gerrish. Perhaps those photos are copyrighted like Dee Gerrish claims hers are. Is it right for Mrs. Gerrish to do this in attempts to defame others? No. It isn't.
Mrs. Gerrish also stated in one of her blogs that the images of her property shown on Google Earth were "Photoshopped". Apparently she didn't look for her own address on Google Earth to see her property. Anyone can type in her address and 'fly' there.
Perhaps Mrs. Gerrish believes that the company that owns Google Earth Photoshopped only the images that come up under her address. Mrs. Gerrish also stated in one of her blogs that she doesn't live in a "trailer" but that she lives in a "mobile home". I do believe it is the exact same thing. Does her "mobile home" have wheels? She said that it is "stationary". No wheels. It is a trailer without wheels. A single-wide trailer with no wheels. Okay, she says, "so what". Right. So what. Why does Mrs. Gerrish continue to defend herself, what she lives in, where she lives, where her dogs are kept, etc? Because she obviously has something to hide. No one would defend themselves as much as Mrs. Gerrish does if they weren't guilty of something. By reading her numerous hate-filled blogs I can see that she actually hates herself. Of course she will never admit it. By turning her anger and hate toward other people, Mrs. Gerrish must believe that it takes the 'heat' and attention off of her. On the contrary. The more she blogs, the more she sends her reputation into the sewer. Mrs. Gerrish complains in her blogs that her dogs can't find "suitable homes". If that is true, perhaps she should consider sterilizing her breeding dogs and re-home the rest.
If her dogs are not able to be sold, this means that Mrs. Gerrish must have quite a few dogs on her property. Is she able to care for all of these dogs properly? Are the dogs in good health? Are the dogs well socialized, well exercised, friendly, happy? What happens when Mrs. Gerrish becomes overwhelmed with too many dogs?
Perhaps Mrs. Gerrish should stop breeding her dogs and get out of the 'hobby' breeding business. The longer she continues to breed her dogs, the less puppies that sell, the older these puppies get, Mrs. Gerrish is 'stuck' with these dogs who are now adults. These dogs can live up to fifteen years.
Nowhere does Mrs. Gerrish say exactly how many dogs she has on her property. Is there a limit? What are the laws? What happens to the older dogs when they are no longer useful as breeding dogs? How much does it cost per year to feed all of these animals, vaccinate them, keep them healthy, etc? It doesn't end there either.
Considering that Mrs. Gerrish always seems to have puppies for sale, she must have quite a few pregnant females year round. Does she own the males too? Does she hire a stud service? How much does that cost? There are just too many discrepancies in Mrs. Gerrish's blogs and rebuttals where she continues to defend herself as a 'breeder'. Not only does Mrs. Gerrish waste most of her time defending herself in her blogs, she fills her blogs with a great deal of slander, malicious content, hate, anger, vial name-calling and she puts into her posts, information that is completely inappropriate such as documentation with personal information in them. Just keep in mind viewers, if Mrs. Gerrish has no problem attacking and harassing one or two people on the Internet, she can do it to you. Mrs. Gerrish has been accused of stalking online as well. The stalking has been reported and documented.
There are Internet stalking and slander laws to protect victims like the ones Mrs. Gerrish continues to target. As a matter of fact, Mrs. Gerrish was recently ordered to stop harassing an individual she named in several of her blogs. A police officer called her and ordered her to never have contact with this individual ever again. Mrs. Gerrish had sent this individual a threatening email after harassing this person online.
Mrs. Gerrish had never met this person and doesn't know this person at all. If Mrs. Gerrish can fire off threatening emails, if she can nonchalantly slander and harass people in her blogs, she will do this to YOU. Beware public.

I, Diane Gerrish, obtained a restraining order against Sandra Faye Johnson of Orlando/ Kissimmee Florida on May 16th 2011 for aggravated harassment both on and off the internet. This content has been copied and posted upon this website to continue a smear campaign by Mrs. Johnson and it will be bringing this posted content to the judge's attention since I was not aware she had posted this content also upon this website.
I have asked the owner of this website to delete this content because the content is fabricated and was posted by Sandra Faye Johnson as a means of furthering her smear campaign. |
