DCS, Inc. Nancy Brewer Mean and Nasty harrassment by phone. Livermore, California

I received a phone call from Ms. Nancy Brewer (if that is here real name) on 09/28/11, she started in by talking very loud and intimidating about my loans outstanding. I tried to explain and get her off the work extension which is recorded at all times to better conduct business on my cellphone. She started by telling me that they would start garnishment procedures on my part-time pay, and since my car would be paid off in...she gave the correct date and bank the loan was on and said they would also take away my taxes! I finally got this evil sounding harpy off my work phone and returned a call to her on my pay-as-you-go-phone on my lunch break. She insisted on telling me the over inflated payment plan of $18,000 at once (she slyly said a credit card or bank ABA# would do with the remainder to be paid at the end of the month, or I could send in $4,000 or the very least $2,000 now which is it? I was stunned by what she said and paused for a few seconds then she continued like the shark she is to say we will take away all of your bank accounts till be get what you owe! At the point I took down here number and hung up, she continued to call my cellphone (I did not give her the number) and harrassed me so much it ran out of minutes and I have had to continue to buy more incase a perspective employer calls for interviews. The original debt is not nearly as high as this collection agency states and I had such a hard time making payments due to two seperate bouts with cancer in the past 11 years apart and I must add that chemo therapy each time is very costly and exstensive and I would surely like to sue them so that I can pay for my Gleevec and pay off my medical bills first!
