This is in reference to DBM Repair Inc and Donald Bruce Mims making repairs to my car 04/07/2010 that he didn't know how to repair and his auto repair shop (foreign and domestic)has been operating without a license since 10/01/2004 filed with the Florida Department Of State Division Of Corporations,Document Number: P03000055351 .His State License: MV68888 expired on 09/30/2010.My 1997 BMW 528i was repaired by them on 04/07/2010 for a water pump,upper radiator hose,water pump pulley and a gallon on anti-freeze.There is also a post with this reference on Dexknows.com.I picked up my car and that afternoon it over-heated (the same problem it was there in the first place).I called him and brought the car back.They told me the car had an ''air pocket''.After the mechanic and myself drove the car it over heated again.We brought the car back and they tried to get rid of the air pocket.Once again the mechanic and myself drove the car and it over heated again in front of Buget Inn on 17-92.After several more of the over heating problems I took my car to another shop in Orlando where it was determined that my head was cracked.I called Mr. Mims to tell him about the problem but we couldn't reach an agreement.So I took him to court on October 5,2010 and won a judgement of $5,229.44 against him Maryanne Morse Seminole County Court Case # 10-SC-2257-19-F.He has yet to pay me anything.I placed a Judgement Lien on him as well.This man continues to run his business without licenses and is located next door to the Sanford Police Department.If you take your car,truck or suvhere for repairs beware!
