Dan Vafa owes me for a completed project. We were provided a detailed landscape plan and installed exactly as designed. Dans customer was not happy with the landscape. We sent a crew out at no charge to assist and move some plants per the request of the property owner. Apparently Dan did not keep his end of the deal to the client and did not get paid. In return he refused to pay me although the project was completed as per plan. Also, due to this Dan failed to fulfill his agreement and the contracts that he had signed with us he did not allow us to install. So in turn we lost our profit of 1 contract and not given the oppritunity on future projects to earn it back. Also, DBC did not pay on time EVER. I have read that he has shorted other contractors in other industries and always blames the contractor. I will agree that in some cases payment should not be made if a contractor does not fulfill an agreement howeve in my case it was simply DBC ripping off a contractor that had fulfilled 100% and more of the original agreement. I do not ever expect to recieve what I am owed only to warn other individuals and companies of the poor business dealings of DBC and Dan Vafa. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
