David Whalen Leveraging with network marketing scheme Glendale, Arizona

This gentleman started a network marketing "idea" that seemed to be legitimate with a creditable company, TriVita Corporation. He wrote a 4 page letter about his plan to make money for people by leveraging, with his money and his time and after putting in my money (and others their money) with a guarantee of your money back if it did not make money for you. The Trivita Company made him stop with his "idea" because of legal problems. Now as I understand it, he will only return people's money in the last 60 days, some and had their money returned, however, I put my money in further back than 60 days and to date have not received my money back, and it looks like I won't based on what I've been told. People have tried to call him (I do not have privey to his phone number) and there is no one answering his phone, only a mail box that is "full" and no one can leave a message. A guarantee is a guarantee, no matter how far back it goes. This is just a warning to anyone who may do business with him - he's a crook. Don't send him any money, you will never get it back.

You are right...David Whalen is a thief and a liar. A Bonafide CROOK!
I spoke with him on his phone# 623-414-8380
2 months after sending $220 end of 2010. He seemed like a guy I wanted to do business with. I still didn't have 1 person enrolled yet and told him I needed the refund. He said he would but 5 months later still nothing and he doesn't answer emails or phones. Trivita gave me his number that he enrolled under. 623-760-8978
and he doesn't answer that either. My sponsors Matt and Amy have been no help. Amy's dad works with David on the weekly calls he hosted. I will continue bothering people until somebody pays up.

TriVita as far as I'm concerned is a great company and has tried to help. David will get his in the end and he's
not gonna like it. Stay away from any ventures with him. He'll probably change his name to hide his id from here on out.
