| David L. Kimble Seward County Nebraska Public defender. He allows the Seward County attorney Wendy Elston to purposely delay your trial, to hinder your defense and speedy trial rights. Kimble files motions for discovery, then refuses to get you the needed evidence. Files motions for a Jackson v. Denno hearing, then at the hearing allows Wendy Elston to file a late affidavit for her missing witness. This affidavit will be for the wrong arrest day. District Judge Alan Gless will except this affidavit ex parte, he allows this practise of protecting lying police and blamming you for the delay. Kimble will ask for a Continuance of the District judges status hearing for no reason, all this delay blammed on you. The District Judge is Crooked, he helps in these delays. The judge and Kimble allow Wendy Elston to Fabricate evidence, Fabricate witness's, withhold all discovery evidence which would aid your defense. If your trial isn't already crooked enough for Elston, Gless and Kimble will allow the Seward Sheriffs department to lie in court. Not to mention all the the Nebraska State trooper's located in Seward also allowed to lie in court. David L Kimble is a sorry excuse of a lawyer. He's a sorry excuse of a public defender. If you were appointed this attorney or retained him. You can expect a worthless crooked attorney to be handling your case, in a worthless crooked town. |

| The corruption in this town is rediculous. Between the District judge, public defender David Kimble and the many other attorneys in Seward and Lincoln nebraska who keep looking over the other shoulder when it comes to corruption, they aren't doing it for nothing. Seward County attorney Wendy Elston must keep pretty busy during her free time returning these favors! What happens when shes old and worn out, maybe she is already. |

Probably brings all his pocket change to work everyday and spends it on the 99. cent whore of the County, Seward County Attorney Wendy Elston. Maybe thats her discount price on old worn out good for nothing crooked Judges and Lawyers. |

Seeing as how Kimble's main income comes from REAL cases (aka-not the kind that can't get their own attorney :) ) so I think he can afford someone way better than Wendy! Oh wait, he's retired and living in Florida with a home in Italy, too. I think he did pretty good, wouldn't ya say? Keep on crying, it seems to be getting you far. |

| Re: Laughing to theBank-------I believe David Kimble and wife Lana live at 5330 Mission Lane Lincoln Ne. I don't think he is the Seward public defender anymore, just private practice. I'm sure everybody charged with a crime in Seward is happy about that. I don't think any 2 bit lawyer who waste's his career in Seward is laughing to the bank. They just like the easy money made in a dishwater town. As for Wendy Elston let's just hope voters smarten up. I keep my family out of that town. |
