On July 8 2011 I contacted Dave McDonald of Value Vending/ McDonald Vending to purchase 20 AP 7600 Snack machines.

It is now December 19th 2011 and I still have no money or machines. I have been promised over and over again that I will receive my money back. I have nothing. See email below & Money Order

It was great to hear from you again it has been awhile. This will confirm our verbal proposal.

In consideration of $$8000.00 , we agree to provide and ship (20) AP 7600 glass front snack vendors with MEI TRC-6000 coin mechs and MEI Generation (1) bill acceptors.

Both coin mechs and bill acceptors are refurbished and carry a 1 year warranty. The snack machines are guaranteed to be complete and working and in nice condition although they are not refurbished. 100% guarantee they will function correctly and be complete when received.

To be clear we agree to $4000.00 as a down payment on this equipment and the balance to be paid within a 30 day period. The sooner the balance is paid the better this deal becomes but you have 30 days.

Our agreement is a bank check to be received this Saturday July 09, 2011 by UPS next day air red SATURDAY DELIVERY. Every shipping clerk in the country forgets to mark it Sat delivery then it will become Monday.

No locks will be in this equipment.

Equipment will probably ship Roadrunner but that can change by price as we use many carriers.

Equipment will ship next week with an anticipated delivery date of Thursday the 14th of July.

Thank you again and as a first time transaction we are throwing in the 21st machine for free.
