They unlawfully towed my car from my car port one night even though I had a valid parking sticker on my windshield. I tried to plead with them that my sticker was valid and in plain sight on my windshield. The owner, James Lee Davis, wouldnt listen to me. He made fork over $600 in towing fees which came out of my debit card. I've already lodged a complaint with the state and they did nothing about it. Later that night, I saw him at the Cabaret Royale on Composite Dr where he was seen groping one of the dancers. Now I know why they charge so much in towing fees. |

I work for the city of Dallas. And from what I know VSF stands for "vehicle storage facility." which means they are NOT a towing company. You should get your facts straight before posting negative things about peoples business'. |

My vehicle was towed on January 12. I never found out who actually towed my car. On the receipt that I was given there was two companies listed. To the comment that was posted prior to mine: Seems like the people that work for the city should be more concerned with the legality of the situation more so than what a simple abbriviation means. Two of the towing companies that are listed to be able to tow in to Dallas County VSF don't have active licenses thru TDLR. I never saw a Mr. Davis but I did meet a rude employee that he has sitting at the front pay out window that seemed as confused with the different towing companies as I was; and that is not what Dallas County VSF's website advertises. I do have a phone call in to Dallas County to find out where I need to report damage to my vehicles front bumper, Dallas County offers to take your money for the tow and the storage but as far as reporting damage I guess they dont could care less. I know there is a short time period that I can file a claim, I just dont know if I will find out in time.
