Bought a $3000 computer rush order for next day shipping, was called and told they couldnt do it so I let them send it within 5-10 business days. They allow you to check the status on the cpu, which i did and it said it went through 48 hours of quaility control. This is a complete lie. I picked up this system from the Baldwin park location to ensure no shipping damage would occur, but low and behold i got this POS home and it blue screened (bricked). Now going through 48 hours of quality control this should have never happened. Needless to say i was very angry. I called Cyberpower and told them about the issue, where i was greeted by nothing but blatant disregard and a dissmissive attitude. Seems as though once they get your money you dont matter anymore. After experiencing this horrible customer service, i chose to just get a full refund. I brought it back 4/18/11 where i stood thier and did the inventory of the system to make sure everything was there, and asked the recieving party how long for a refund. He stated 7-10 business days from the day the recieved it (4-18-11) Here i am 4/28/11 and am still waiting. Now this isnt a cause for concern, but i called this morning and was informed they needed another week to process my refund??? What happened is they dragged thier feet on the recieving end and didnt process my return until 3-4 days later. So not only did they send me a broken POS, they have the most god awful customer service known to man, and they like to take thier time processing refunds. This company is a disorganized rag tag bunch of inept individuals with absolutely no sense of business ethics. They lie, cheat, and steal with a smile on thier face. From reading the other complaints on various websites i see that this is a common practice with Cyberpower and hope they reap the whirlwind very very soon. Shotty craftsmanship, HORRIBLE customer service, and an overall bad attitude.
