I accounter these two indidivual possing as an officers and both said I owed a payday loan. The first time a made the arrangement I wrote letters just as they told me how to write it and faxed it to them. Okay thinking it was real and for not going to jail i agreed and they took out the money just as i said for the period of three months even faxed me a settlement letter that looks real. After that payment finish got a call from Travis Walker nearly doing the same lines and very agressive and even threating my employment place so once more made the arrangement but both of them never told me whom i owed and over and over asked but each time Travis really kept getiing upset and saying a lot of things that scared me and not wanting to get fired once again made the letter just as he wanted and this time he asked for a copying of my id. But did tell him if i find out the is fraudelent i will come after him and the ez loan company. But soemthing just didn't sit right with me God just let that bug me and bug me. So i called him back Monday and ask for the company he works for and his badget number he gave it to me. Well first I email the people's lawyer and told him what happen and he said under the FDCPA LAW he voilated and referred me to talk to this lawyer. After getting the information from Travis I goggle the company and a big pop up came up for Travis Walker and saying the same things he told me to someone else so I quickly called my bank and canceal the card. I called the loan place that was on the settlement letter a surly they said that no money ever when to them. Please beware of this it is really a sham how people do you and your information can eaisly be stolen. I am out of $610.00. These guys need to be arrested for using this type of information.
