After hearing an advertisement on the radio, I called this company to get a listing of foreclosure homes in my area. They told me I would be charged $1.99 and then 29.99 after that month, if I didnt cancel before the 30 day period. I received the list I paid 2$ for and canceled the subscription before the deadline. I spoke with someone on the phone and they said no problem, it was taken care of..."you will no longer be charged". Since then I have been charged by several different companies all located in california. Crn, legal network, trupo homes. charges ranging from $19.95 to $25.95. I cant believe that this type of stuff can even happen here in the US. These companies have the audacity to charge my card multiple times each month. I want revenge, I want my money back. I hope someone can help me...

| GREAT !!! I thought I was the only one. They did the same to ME!! This company is a total mis-representation of what they offer and they got me once and I knew that I never gave permission to anyone. I had to call my bank to stop payment, now I have to get a new account for my checking and my debit cards and checking. I also stopped the service but they continued to take funds out of my bank. I tried to call and I got a message to leave a message, They never contacted me, plus I received the same listings that I could receive from any realator or bank.. My next step if they try this Bulls**T is to contact the BBB and the IP's that let them advertise this scam. Do they think they can get away with this ? I don't think so ! When someone does this to me, I will go to the end of this earth to see to it that they do not scam anyone else. I hope they read this and the letter above this one. Then they hide and try to intimadate you with LEGAL blah blah blah. I was F***** by one lawyer in the city where I live, he's now in prison for fraud due to his illegal actions to his clients. I can be like a 500lb women on fat free diet looking for a candy bar while my menapause is kicking in while I'm still getting PMS...Now I did not mention anyones name nor did I curse in this forum. My father told me once that, "We all are born Ignorant, We acquire Stupidity " |

The only way to fix this is through the Better Business Bureau. I know it's aweful. The same thing just happened to me. At least you can file your complaint online with the BBB. If you were overdrawn as a result of the charges, you can add that to your bbb complaint and ask them to reimburse you for that as well. just go to BBB.ORG and search by website for http://www.crnhomes.com

| Unbelievable! I just checked my chase statement online and I found 2 pending transactions from this company totaling $67.00. I never authorized any of these transactions. Just like some others here, I also got this number from a well known radio station here in New York City. I thought that this was a legit company! Apparently not and this is absolutely horrible that they would actually rip off honest hard working people. YES I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! |
