I had signed up Oct. 19, 2011 with CRNetwork Homes for receiving a listing of foreclosures in my area at extremely low prices then sold for profit. I paid a $1.99 'enrollment' fee- (Most likely to receive my credit card Number). According to records, to 'Ms.Key-#3221' I spoke with Dec. 2, 2011, I had a thirty day free trial, and if not satisfied, to cancel my 'Membership'. On record, I called the very next day, Oct.20, 2011, and had a "Membership' with 'UNITED LEGAL SERVICE' canceled @ '$21.99' Yet, According to Records I had Called Three times regarding payments and had 'three accts. opened, yet only two closed- so I had called to clear my 'Membership'- On my following Bank Statement I see where I was charged again for $44.99, which Ms. Key claims 'I Had never' agreed to cancel the monthly fee when I had prior assessed to refund as well. This had been my third time calling CRN Homes, where they claimed to examine my membership- the prior two times I had demanded to speak to a Supervisor, and each time rudely placed on hold until finally transfered to a recording machine and told to leave my name & Number. This time, with Ms. Key,, #3221, Got histerical When I simply demanded to Speak to her Supervisor, as was finally rudely hung-up upon. If you get this far in seeking your return, first contact your bank to claim your fraudulent charge transaction. You may have to wait a few days to get your new card.
