Around 2 months ago I was looking for internet service. I came across a group of people that called themselves critical.net. A person by the name of simon (the frontman) sold me internet access for $27,000 plus another $3500 by promising more false claims that sounded great! Norman Jester aka Chris Jester immedietly called me and told me his real name and that Simon was not the man in charge of the business. I was very shocked, surprised that I had just wired someone I thought was a credidble company over 30,000 dollars, I was shocked because I did some reseach on this mans name. It turns out he is one of the biggest spammers and con men on the internet. Heavy into to porn and had been selling these false survices under differant names for years. After I found this out I asked for a refund right away and told him I would did not feel comfortable dealing with a career spammer/criminal. ( I was very nice about it) He acted like he understood and promised he would immediatley refund my wire. This was 1 month ago..... As soon as he promised the refund, he stopped calling and answering phone calls, emails, messages over the internet. I called the local San Diego Police deparment and they didn't seem to care about my issue of being robbed out of my savings. Well I did some more digging on this "company" and it turns out that this company was called Suavemente a known spam operation. I run a simple company this is involved with internet radio and he told me he all the answers and owned a company called http://www.jellyradio.com/ it seemed like a perfect situation. I even flew down to see his operation before hand. Now I do not know what to do. The police will not help. I think everyone should know, that these companies I am speaking of are SCAMS and SPAMMERS beware. P.S. I started to get mass complaints directed to my company accussing me of being a spammer. I barely send out any email other then to my friends. Please everyone BEWARE of Norman Jester aka Chris Jester http://www.critical.net they are not a service you should ever give me money to. He then demanded I paypaled another $2000 to "get his attention"

I would like to retract my earlier post however this site does not allow retractions so I am posting this update. Very little of what I said in the previous post is actually true, I was mad that this deal did not go as I had planned and just wanted to hurt the company. Critical.net did not steal any money from me and I did not report it to the police department. I have no proof that the company has participated in any criminal activity or scams and I should not have made these false statements. My apologies to Critical.net and it's employees, especially Norman Jester, for the hassle this has caused. I should have just called and tried to work this out rather than posting this false report.
If anyone wants to validate contact me on this message board.
