I bought a phone on April 29, 2011 and decided I have to return the phone the next day which was the Saturday. I went in the morning told them I wanted to return the phone they said it was O.k but I should go to the company that I want the number to port out first so I did. Came back and One sale representative took the phone and was trying to complete the task but was having problems with computer system. She ask me If I wanted to disconnect the line since I already went to the other company I said yes but was still having problems with the computer they told me to come back on Sunday. Sunday i went they said the computer was not returning the phone so they said they would call me when they solved the problem. So I went home a few weeks I call back and I was told they are still trying to return the phone so once That is solved I would get a call. Two weeks after a sales representative call me saying she was still working on it and she wanted me to know they have been trying to see what the problem was. Now is the 3rd week of May no more calls soI finally I decided to call on May 26, 2011. The lady proceesing the information said she is going to try and return the phone over the phone and ask If I would bring the phone the same day I said yes no problem but then she said on the phone that the computer was still not taking the phone back and placed me on hold. When she came back on the line it was the supervisor saying they can't return the phone so I can't get my money back because the phone was discconnected when it was in fact them who told me to go and port the number out and then they are the ones who disconnected the line. Now I still have the phone and have not gotten back my money as yet. How do I get my money back because that's a big scam!!!!!!! |
