Cricket Cell Phone Tulsa, Oklahoma Over Charging, Cutting of Service, UNABLE TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON to correct THEIR MISTAKES Internet

I have had service with Cricket Cell Phones, in Broken Arrow and Tulsa, Oklahoma, for years. Usually I don't have too many problems. However, recently, the last few months, I had been continually charged for both my personal cell phone and a wireless internet connection. I had cancelled the internet connection and was repeatedly billed for it. Each time I advised the store rep that my internet has been shut off and I have not been using it, they said okay and took payment for my cell phone. However, the next week my service to my phone would be shut off for non-payment. This went on for months before I finally got someone at the 71st street store to correct some of the bills--they credited my account 98.00. However, this did not make up for all the headaches of constantly shutting my phone off, in addition to having to continually run to the store to pay on the account. Every time you PAY the bill you are Charged 3.00 to do so!! WTF, is this fraud or what? Most companies would be happy to take your payment, but not Cricket, they want to charge you each time you make a payment, to make the payment. Additionally, my phone broke, the little area where you place the charger in to charge the phone, fell out. I went to the store and had to purchase another phone for approximately 65-69.00 dollars. When I went to the store at 71st, after having purchased the new phone at 31st street store, trying to get something done, another man was in the store with same phone I had and with the exact same problem. He had the little metal charger part to the phone in a plastic bag. What they did was give him a new phone. Free. I on the other hand, because I had already purchased a new chrono, did not get a new one or even a credit to my account. Now I am having the same weird problem with this phone, and about a month ago I went back into the store on 31st and they told me I had to pay 20.00 to have a new phone sent to me! wtf. This phone that I paid nearly 70 bucks for is now on sale for 29.00 and that's with 10.00 bucks off, making the normal price 39.00. So what's up, they overcharged me like 30 bucks or what? And now the damn thing doesn't even work properly---charger is messed up on the phone, you plug it in, it charges immediately, or so it says, then you talk on it, without warning it has no juice. What the hell. Today, I had my phone cut off AGAIN, after having paid 20.00 bridge payment at the 31st store, now my phone is off. I have NO way to contact CRICKET to let them know THEY made a mistake AGAIN. You Cannot get Anyone on the phone EVER. Apparently they do not want their customers to contact them, not on the phone or on the internet if it's a service issue. You are just SOL. They NEED to fix that rather than use gestapo practices to collect their money, they damn sure don't want to hear when they owe you something or have cut off your service which you already paid for ahead of time. Someone needs to sue the chit out of these jokers, maybe they might learn how to treat their customers, more so their long time customers.
