| I recently found a car on craigslist and began the purchase of the vehicle. The folllowing is the emails that we corresponded to. first e-mail: i am interested in the 2005 Audi A6 3.2 quatto. I do a special training program each day and I am not allowed to get out of the unit or call whenever I want. The reason I'm selling this vehicle way below market value, is because I would like to help ease the burden of my sisters medical expenses, which she has acquired due to a serious illness. The shipping will take 3 to 5 days and it’s not a problem because I will have the vehicle shipped by an Air Force cargo plane so there won't be any additional shipping costs. Also I will arrange for a truck to transport the vehicle to your home address. You will receive it along with all the documents including title, bill of sale, 2 set of keys, full service records and more. Because it is a large transaction, we will complete the deal only using an authorized third part like eBay because I already prearranged the whole process with them. From me: I have received the ebay e-mail From Carol Ann Kemmi Okay You have to go to a Western Union store and send the money to the ebay attorney.The service you have to use from Western Union is a person to person transfer. Fill in the Western Union form with your name and address as the sender, the agent's name and address as the receiver and the amount you want to send. That is all. So you have all the details on how to send the money to the ebay attorney. I have one request for you when you will send the payment.Please tell the western union agent, if he ask you, that you are sending the money to a friend of yours cause otherwise when i will receive my payment i will have to pay a commercial tax of 15% from the entire amount to the state of making commerce.I really appreciate if you can do this for me.It will Once the transfer will be completed, please confirm the payment by faxing the western union receipt to ebay to their fax# found on the invoice.As soon as I receive the payment confirmation from ebay i will start the shipping. Thanks! Her last e-mail: I just received the confirmation from ebay that they've got the payment info and tomorrow morning I will proceed with the shipping. I will get back to you with shipping details once the car has been sent. This was the last e-mail, when I tried to e-mail her back, the e-mail was not accepted only by certain people! I was rippped off over $3000.00 and am very upset about this. Everything looked like it came from ebay. |
