CALIFORNIANS BEWARE! Craig Morse, who owned the company "Strictly Additions" in Broward County Florida, may be now working in California. This con artist took me for over 100k. If you look for him under the name "Strictly Additions" in Florida, you'll come across other stories of horror. Don't trust him or anyone associated with him. If you're already caught up in his web, check to make certain any liens on your property are paid off, and fire him. I had 4 draws on my project. He came well recommended, and things seemed fine when I paid the deposit and the first draw. I didn't check for liens when I paid the 2nd or 3rd, only to discover he had never paid the subs up to that point. When they started demanding they be paid or they would do no further work on the house, he just packed up and abandoned the project, taking my money with him and leaving me with all the liens to pay. A 44 week project has now gone on for over 3 years, leaving me near bankruptcy and maxing out all my lines of credit trying to finish the project and get a certificate of occupancy on the house so I can try to refinance. Craig is a tall, slender man with a friendly disposition who can look you right in the eye and tell you flat out lies. He is NOT to be trusted. Last known to be working on commercial construction somewhere in California, but he might be heading back to Florida or moving on to fresh territories. Beware.
