| First of all, this Pool Company advertises 50% off. His prices ARE NOT 50% off. It takes forever to get to return calls and when they call back they are definitely NOT professionally like to talk back and when asked to speak to manager they hang up. Communication is difficult. For a special day, go elsewhere. You WILL be disappointed by the quality and service from this company. We have a residential and we found Cpo pools online in our city of Greenville NC. Called them on june 7 and were informed that it would ten (10) days to get our pool ready for the summer. That was fine and understandable to me. They asked for a deposit which we paid.

At the end of the day he approached my wife and told her that he had found no problems with the pool. James Crawford promised to stop back the following day to continue the work. The next day came and went with no sign. After 3 days we decided to call and all we got was voicemail and no call backs
Later in the afternoon my wife called the and left a mesage that she needed to hear back from James Crawford Cpo pools CPO POOLS of Raleigh, Greenville North Carolina by close of business or a call wa going to the police. In no less than 5 mins a James Crawford called and told my wife she had been rude to him and who did she think she was telling her how to run his business. My wife started to talk, but was cut off that in no way were they going to service our pool and James Crawford hung up the phone.
I called on Friday and as soon as I gave my name was hung up on. We have called the company, trying to get a response.
Today, Friday June 4, I have enlisted another service company in fixing our pool. They have to come some 20 miles for the service.
Just wanted anyone to know that Cpo pools of Raleigh Greenville NC North Carolina has the worst service and doing business with them would be a big mistake |

Cpo Pools is a 1 one man company that claims to do pool management in the areas of Raleigh, Greenville North Carolina. I had the chance to deal with James Crawford of CPO POOLS CPO Pool Management, Pool services we used to live in the same community and meet James Crawford at a HOA meeting when the discuss about pool management in Raleigh, Greenville, NC North Carolina he suggested that he could give us a better deal then the current Pool Management in Raleigh, Greenville NC North Carolina. So we put him to the test and told him that one of the requirements was to get insurance coverage. When he presented his quote we liked it cause it was way below the market value. He sumited the insurance paper work and noticed a discrepancy so I decided to check with the insurance and found that it was fraudulent. We confronted James Crawford and he became irate threating to fight us all. If you want to do business with this company beware |
