It all started with a blackjack scratchoff. to my surprise, I had a winning one a perfect 21!. I call the number on the back of card to claim prize wich came with limitations. So long story short we made appointment and He came. The individual was working for covenamt Filtration. So he introduces the company to us and shows us how hard our warter is and how much more safer it would be to purchase this system that would run through the whole house. He shows us all kinds of newspaper reports on how the warter is contaminated and there was no problem with that. The problem is when I put down my $400 down payment, they were suppose to come at the appinted time. We stayed home day and NO One showed up! I call and the tell me they have tried to call me six times? Wow! I tell them I have been home all day aand my phone is in perfect condition. (I knew they were lying from that point.) So I ask for my money back. They tell me I have 24 Hours to mail off a card that was included in the pamplet that was given to recieve my efund. I have done just that and I am still wainting.
