| I was on this website and purchased two pairs of Christian Louboutin heels and the website said that shipping would be between 3-5 business days. I made this purchase about...3 saturdays ago. After a week, i decided to go online and contact them about why my shoes have not arrived and to see what the status of delivery was. I went back on to the website and there was no number provided to reach them. However, they did have an email address, so i sent them an email in regards to my purchase. The next morning i checked my email i had an email from "mailer daimon" saying that my message could not be delivered because that email address does not exist. How can i contact them if i can't even get a hold of them?? I also typed their website into google to see if there were any reviews about this website and i found a review from a woman who said she was cheated of her money and had the same problem as i, and she made her order over 8 months ago, still with no shoes. This is FRAUD! The site even specifies that it is part of Yahoo!, and yahoo is supposed to be a safe website and monitor what transactions are made. |

| This customer was called and emailed regarding their order and expected time of shipping. Instead they filed a chargeback knowing their goods would be shipping. My guess is they had no intention of paying for their goods. We issued a refund back to their card, cancelled the order and recalled the package. |

| I have had the same problem with the store. My shoes were never shipped and my refund never recieved. Couture Hardware has no intention of shipping any goods, they basically just steal your money. |

| You can do like I did and report the website to Yahoo abuse center. I had a similar situation. Yahoo will remove any store that does not honor the the Yahoo Policies. DO NOT SHOP AT COUTURE HARDWEAR!!! BEWARE...
I Purchased shoes at couture hardwear. com, it 17 days for the shows to be shipped and reach me... The shoes were $200 and the VERY poorly constructed... My $100 Steve Maddens and Jessica Simpsons were 1000 better made than these shoes... And on top of that the shoes looked nothing like the photo on the website... So needless to say I sent the shoe back... I requested and RA# I received it the following day, I mailed the shoes (with a tracking number) on the 22nd they received them on the 24th... My return was not processed until the following month on the 5th... I was told after the 5th that it would take 3-5 business day for the refund to show up on my card... needless to say it never did... I notified the credit card company and they tried to call but that said it was a non-working number... My credit card company is now investigating my dispute for refund... I have given all correspondence and my USPS info to the credit card company... MY ADVICE: JUST DONT DO IT... IT’S A SCAM! Totally what I get for buying knockoffs any way... I will post my story on every website available, and please don’t believe them when the try to justify their horrible customer service and fraudulent practices... |

I am having a similar nightmare with this website. Has anyone ever located a phone number for couture hardware?
I'm sorry to hear about your stories, but I'm glad you have posted them to warn other consumers! I trusted the website because it was associated with Yahoo! Business, which I work with for my own small business everyday. I wish I had researched this a bit more. As of now, they have several hundred dollars, and won't respond to any emails (except for 1 generic "thanks again for your purchase" auto response, that came 3 weeks after the initial purchase, and after multiple emails demanding a response).
I'm afraid I have been scammed and lost hundreds of dollars simply because I didn't do a little research about the company profile.
Any info anyone can provide about REAL contact information would help! All I can find is an email address that they NEVER respond to. Like I said, I've emailed at least 10 times...Hoping to find a phone number or a better way to reach an actual human being employed by this "company".
