I paid Cotton Candy Shop $ 252.00 in November of 2009. It's a year later and I have received zero! Lauren Bergmann has promised over and over to ship my items. When I contact her each time she says how sorry she is and how she understands and that the delay was due to a sick family member. She has run out of excuses. This is a stay at home mom that will take your money if given the chance. I waited too long to file a PayPal claim because I fell for the lies. Beware!! Don't let her take advantage of you too. Read all the reviews on this business. They are true. I have posted reviews on Merchantcircle but they always get removed because she is obviously paying them to keep glorious reviews up. Do not give this lady your money. There are too many other boutiques out there that will not scam you. I've waited over a year now and still nothing so I don't expect her to grow a halo and make things right. I will however do everything I can to make sure she doesn't get free money from anyone else. I have every message saved from her since this began a year ago and I will be reporting her to as many places as I can.
