Coral Resorts Lied to about Developer's Week and about selling our timeshare at another resort Hilton Hesd, South Carolina

We purchased a 3 bedroom from Coral Resorts in May of 2005. Since then, we have been lied to by them on several occasions. First, they told us about only having to use 9000 points if we booked 45 days or less. What they didn't tell us is that no one can get into Hilton Head or any other nice resort if they wait 45 days or less. We were told that we could sell them our builder's week if we choose not to use it and they would pay us $2000.00 for it. They even showed us a check made out to another timeshare owner for the price of $2000.00. Well, we fell for it and expected a letter at the begining of the year which we were told to send back authorizing Coral Resorts to rent out our time share. We waited paiently for that letter to come, which it never did. The next year when we went to an owner's update talk, we were told that we didn't get the letter because our salesman forgot to put us on the mailing list. Our current salesman DK assured us that he had put us on the list and that we would be receiving the letter the following Jan. Of course that letter never came either, and when I called him he said that they had changed the way they did the rentals and that we had to call Resort Solutions to rent our week for us. This charge was 600.00 and the week was never rented. The worst thing they lied about was buying another of our timeshares from us for 15,000. We are still waiting for the money and our salesman DK won't even return our calls.
