contractors.com are continously rude and stole our money, Internet |

We have a home improvement company and we were using contractors.com to get leads. From the beginning the were difficult to work with. We were told we could setup a profile and everytime we contacted them to figure out how to get on our profile page they didn't know and would have to get back to me. Still to this day I have not been able to. I also asked on numerous times how to log into our account. The only way I could log in is if I went into my email and log onto it from a lead. This was a pain because it made it really hard for my office manager to check the account. We started using them in February 2011 and after numerous attempts, on July 12, 2011 I finally was told like I was an idiot that I need to go to pro.contractors.com to login and not on contractors.com. On contractors.com there is a login tab but it brings you nowhere. The main problem I have with them though is their honesty. I contacted the back a few months ago because I had leads that I needed refunded and for some reason they didn't go through on the computer. I ended up speaking with Patricia who is a manager and she told me to send over a list of all leads we need refunded. I also asked her about our billing because it seemed like everytime I would get a lead then they would deduct another $100 from my account which leads only cost $55. I want some answers on that. She could not explain that to me and became extremely rude with me. Her phone was "messed up" and we got disconnected. She lied in her note on their computer and said that I told her I didn't have good service and I would call her back. I was actually sitting in my office where I always have service. I tried calling her back because again, I couldn't login to my account to make that list for her but I got no response. I then received a voicemail from my new account manager but somehow that message got deleted so I called the general customer service number and left a couple of messages and didn't get a call back. Yesterday, July 12, 2011 I tried calling again which of course I had to leave a message because nobody ever answers the phone. I was stern that I wanted a call back. I did receive a call back about an hour later and I was told that Patricia told him that I now couldn't get a refund because they are over two months old. I asked to speak to someone above Patricia and was told that there wasn't anyone above her. |
