Contingent Network Services Do not perform subcontract work for this company if you want to get paid West Chester, Ohio |
26th of Apr, 2011 by User545692 |
We agreed to perform Cisco troubleshooting and repair work on a subcontract basis for this company in January. It is now late April and we have still not been paid. They have used every excuse in the book but it is pretty clear they will not be paying us. To add insult to injury they called again today asking us to do more work for them. Needless to say we declined. Stay away from this company! |

They owes us money as well, always tell them yes, send us the work order and of course do not go but keep letting them believe you will go. This may not get you your money but to hear them cry is worth it. |

Contingent Network Services sub contracts their work to local technicians promising in their contract to pay within 60 days. In 4 years of doing business with them we have NEVER been paid in less than 120 days. After refusing to take additional dispatches due to slow pay (never payment without calling and pushing for a payment) they stopped paying all together. Now at 8 months and counting on several thousand dollars. |

I am Scott from accounts payable. We pay all our vendors here at CNS. I am sorry this has become a place to spread misinformation. I would be glad to discuss any of your issues. Thank you. [email protected] |

CNS / Mr. Scott Campbell, I am a business man; I cannot say to my distributors, technicians or my landlord...we are running late on payments and I am sorry for the delay. I am not happy with this...It's very annoying that after a job well done we have to go to this extremes to get attention. It is so sad that you have to work for a company that have to be 'pushed' for weeks and months to pay for over due invoices. I understand that some times business are so tough. But honesty will help a lot; If you do not wanted to see this kind of information just be honest with us and say something like we will pay you after 60 but it might be "hundreds of days" then it will be up to us to accept yes or no - in my opinion 60 days is a joke! speedpay is another joke!. By the way people; after so many tries and insults (from me) I got pay 45% of what I should. So is thru they pay but very late!I to be fair with CNS I will post again in this blog right after I get balance pay out.

I have done work with Contingent for over 3 years. They never pay net 60. They only pay after you freeze their account and the Project Manager cannot get their work done. I have invoices going back to November 2010 that have not been paid.

We have exactly the same experience with Contingent, they absolutely never pay within 60 days, generally it's closer to 180 days, and only after refusing to help them, and placing multiple phone calls, emails and faxes. Scott Campbell is completely unresponsive, but we are certain that this is their business strategy. Much like rebate houses deny a certain number of valid rebates to save their margin. It's not worth the hassle. Our latest job with them is $360 outstanding since 6/17/10. It' is currently 12/19/11, that is ONE AND A HALF YEARS LATE. We would certainly have sued by now if they were local.
